Thirty plaintiffs’ lawyers walked into a courtroom

While this might sound like a joke, it did actually happen recently in Delaware County.  

We had a hearing where a Chester Hospital was bankrupt, and the court called in all of the lawyers for the plaintiffs suing the hospital.  

When the judge asked if any of the plaintiffs’ lawyers wanted to be heard, there was a small stampede to the microphone.
