We had a case in Scranton, PA, with a terrific judge who was smart, fair, and extremely personable.

During one of the pre-trial hearings, we asked for some “guidance” due to the court’s prior ruling, so we didn’t run afoul.

The judge picked up on our request for guidance, and that seemed to be the running joke for the entire trial.

Every time we had a question, he would offer “guidance.”

He would give us “guidance” on where to go to lunch or what color tie to wear.

It made an incredibly stressful trial somewhat lighter.

If you or a loved one has been injured due to someone else’s negligence, it’s time to take a stand.
