Janet has been a fixture in the legal industry for a quarter of a century, and is committed to working with smaller firms where she makes a personal connection with clients and a positive impact on their life through her work.

At Shaffer & Gaier, she assists the partners of the firm in all aspects of their business, from firm administration to case preparation. She is experienced in all aspects of personal injury claims, from inception through discovery and settlement. Janet also works to assist individuals fighting foreclosure actions.

While motivated by a commitment to diligence and professionalism, she finds one of her strongest incentives is each client’s story: she considers the opportunity to help them through a difficult situation both rewarding and inspiring.

Recently married, Janet enjoys spending her down time with her family, her wife, Heidi, her dog, Toby and her step-dogter, Skylar.
